#111: Barry Browning and C. Andrew Mayer

Production Manager Barry Browning and Sound Designer C. Andrew Mayer discuss the construction and first days of the The Jungle Theater and its connection to mummified cats.

Laying the groundwork for the stage of the Jungle Theater.

Barry and Andy were with the Jungle in its original space where World of Wireless currently resides on Lake and Lyndale and were essential to the new space’s creation next to It’s Greek to Me. Primary of their goals was to keep the intimate feeling associated with the Jungle alive in the transition. If you’ve ever been to the Jungle, you’ll know that they succeeded.

Currently running through March 28th at the Jungle is Noel Coward’s Blithe Spirit. For tickets, call 612-822-7063.
